The perfect present for the food lover in your life!
The five luxury, cottages at Southrop Manor Estate are situated around a courtyard at the front of our award-winning barn restoration project, with one cottage in the heart of the village a few minutes' away, each building has been renovated with great attention to detail and to an extremely high standard of finish, using traditional local materials and skilled local craftsmen.
We provide an abundant country breakfast basket in each cottage on arrival and with our award winning restaurant the Swan just a few minutes walk away there is no need to cook if you don't want to. We can also arrange private catering from the Thyme kitchens in the cottages by prior arrangement.
All the cottages have been decorated with a modern take on the traditional English Country House look, using an eclectic mix of English and French antique furniture and paintings, many by Cotswolds artists. The beautiful English woven wool fabrics come from our own furniture house Teasel at Southrop .
The beds are of the highest quality with Vi-Spring mattresses, goose down quilts and pillows, and four hundred-thread count Egyptian cotton bedding (non-allergenic available by arrangement).
It is possible to rent one or more of our cottages individually. For a bigger party, it is possible to rent :
The Barn Courtyard - sleeps 14
Barn Courtyard plus Old Walls - sleeps 18, plus 2.
