THE OX HOUSES

THE OX HOUSE, EAST & WEST - sleep 2 each.
Positioned either side of the grand arch in front of the Ox House, both cottages are comfortable, charming and quite unusual. 

Intimate and cosy, each has a sitting room with flat screen television, a fully-equipped open kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom.  The two cottages share a first-floor balcony inside the huge arched opening into the Ox House, just perfect for an early evening drink.

Just behind the original and beautifully restored doors are the immaculate stables accommodating professional event horses, which create a wonderful and genuine country atmosphere.

The beds are of the highest quality with Vi-Spring mattresses, goose down quilts and pillows, and four hundred-thread count Egyptian cotton bedding (non-allergenic available by arrangement). 

A luxury breakfast basket with homemade bread and preserves, and fresh eggs from our hens, will welcome you to your cottage.

Optional extras arranged prior to your stay can include private catering, as well as additional food deliveries, daily maid service, wines from our wine list, daily newspaper delivery and in-room massage by our local holistic therapist, Rachael Rodia.
