Going Native.....Best of British
Low and Slow

We love winter.

Low and slow cooking is the only way to discover the deeply delicious and complex flavours of winter that can be achieved by using the more economical cuts of meat married with seasonal  roots and pulses.
As always this month's recipes are inspired by the changing seasons and what is delicious to cook, eat and enjoy right now.  We include recipes for seasonal dishes as well as focusing on a specialist skill - this month slow cooking.
