This is a mixture of demonstration and hands on, cooking in a group with our chefs, come on your own or as a group, bring 5 friends and you can come for free! We give you the recipes to take home, they will be versatile, starter recipes being adaptable to light lunches or suppers giving you plenty of ideas and flexibility for fabulous entertaining.

Fabulous menu - superb ingredients - fresh flavours - combination went well. Would try everything at home. Great experience all round.
I didn't know what to expect as I've never done a cookery course before. It was so enjoyable, relaxed but informative with achievable recipes. Daryll was outstanding - friendly and professional.
