Claudio and Paolo will talk about Italian vegetables from seed to plate with advice on what to grow, when, where and how. There will be a special focus on tomatoes with a parctical demonstration on how to make passata and bottle it hermetically to preserve your harvest. There will be welcome coffee and biscotti and a glass of wine with tomato drizzled rustic bread to finish. A free packet of seeds included.
