The second informative and passionate talk with Paolo Arrigo and Claudio Bincoletto about growing Italian vegetables form these fabulous seeds with a short cookery demonstration.

Claudio and Paolo will talk about Italian vegetables from seed to plate with advice on what to grow, when, where and how. There will be a  special focus on tomatoes with a parctical demonstration on how to make passata and bottle it hermetically to preserve your harvest.  There will be welcome coffee and biscotti and a glass of wine with tomato drizzled rustic bread to finish. A free packet of seeds included.

Seeds of Italy will be for sale with time to ask for useful tips and advice.
