Time to awaken your winter weary palate taking inspiration from Asia, authentic and fresh, we will explore the flavours of the East. Fabulous and interesting street food , spice blending, pastes, marinades, spicy soups, noodles and fragrant curries.

What's in Season - cabbages, coconut, cod, lemons, mussels, parsnips, hogget, leek, crab, spring greens helped along by authentic Asian herbs and spices.

As always this month's recipes are inspired by the changing seasons and what is delicious to cook, eat and enjoy right now. We include recipes for seasonal dishes as well as focussing on a specialist skill - this month, spice blending.
