Whether for an al fresco dinner or an evening drinks party, our delicious food will leave as much of an impression as the location.

Your guests will dine on fresh, seasonal and local dishes, prepared on-site in the Thyme kitchens. 
Daryll Taylor, our Culinary Director, has created a choice of menus, with ingredients sourced from our own gardens, local suppliers, foragers and producers.
