More than just a cookery school, we tell the complete story of food.

Cooking, growing, gardening and foraging courses, as well as bread making, charcuterie and other artisan skills.  Join us for demonstrations, tastings, talks and full-day classes in our stunning bulthaup kitchens. We also can arrange bespoke cookery classes for private celebrations and corporate days, including team building events.

A collection of classes teaching you how to buy, prepare and cook the fabulous array of fresh fish and shellfish available from around our shores and rivers.
A range of classes from butchery demonstrations through to classic game preparation and inspiring recipes.
Pastry, pies, tarts, yeasted goods and cake making, including decorating and sugar skills.
Our short day classes give you ideas for fabulous entertaining. Our menus are inspired by the changing seasons and what is delicious to cook, eat and enjoy right now. These classes take the lead from our surrounding countryside and productive gardens focusing on key seasonal ingredients
A Series of expert Lectures providing a forum for discussion and learning to include the Foodie Bugle Lectures.

Our informal evening demonstration classes include a tasting supper and loads of inspiring tips from our chefs.
