Miette Artisan Chocolatiers of Stow

Miette is owned by Katherine Abel and opened in May 2006 in Stow on the Wold. Great care and attention is paid to the sourcing of all the ingredients they use to make their fresh chocolates: organic eggs form Barrington Estate; organic Cream from The Cotswold Dairy; organic flour, sugar, fruit and nuts from Infinity Workers Co-operative and Carenero bean chocolate from El Rey, Venezuela.

The Armadillo Coffee Co.

The Armadillo Coffee Co sources exceptional, ethically sourced coffees from selected estates around the world, freshly roasted in small batches by Armadillo’s Master Roaster and delivered to customers at peak freshness. Based in Wiltshire, its owner, Victoria Bishop, had extensive experience in the coffee industry before launching Armadillo as an independent supplier of quality coffee.
