The Tithe Barn

Approached from the South, through herb and olive gardens designed by renowned garden designer, Bunny Guinness, the Tithe Barn presents an imposing facade in mellow Cotswold stone with its dramatic triple height entrance. It is a particularly distinctive choice for any event, whether a wedding, 50th birthday party or top board meeting.

Inside, the visitor is greeted by soaring ceilings, pale golden original oak beams, floors laid with fawn-coloured natural stone and luxurious wide-planked solid oak. The whitewashed walls are inset with little glazed niches that filter in day light and serve to house atmospheric flickering candles at night. Long, limed oak tables surrounded by smart dining chairs covered in the finest English woollen tweed convey the impression of a medieval banqueting hall, albeit rendered in a very contemporary and modern way. Richly set with bespoke glassware and purple, mauve and green tableware by William Yeoward, beautiful embroidered linens complete the setting.
